Damn, that's a lot of email! I have ~15,000 unread (virtually no spam in that total), and know how much of a pain that can be :) Can never have to many list subscriptions :p

actually, in this case it was a bug in Yahoo. and I really wish I thought I'd taken a screen snapshot of the bug's previous manifestation (-2 unread emails) just because of the threat it posed to the space-time continuum.
but you really have over 10000 unread emails? wow...
I do indeed. I'm subscribed to a large number of information and discussion lists, and only have time to read about a third of the stuff that comes into the inbox!
